Planet B2B acquires a majority stake in the I-Dotcom LLC

Planet B2B S.A., a provider of B2B solutions in Poland, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in I-Dotcom LLC, based in Henderson (USA), which specializes in building and operating platforms for multi-channel retailers operating in the USA and Canada.

I-Dotcom LLC has extensive experience in servicing sellers on the Amazon Marketplace and suppliers of government institutions that have contracts with the government marketplace - GSA Advantage (General Services Administration), which in the USA supports online sales of products and services from commercial entities for over USD 30 billion annually.

In addition to its specialization in developing software for order processing platforms for multi-channel retailers, I-Dotcom LLC is also an entity involved in the development and implementation of AI (artificial intelligence) technology for automatic order fulfillment. The company has and develops its innovative solutions in this field, which it successfully implements for its customers.

The acquisition of the majority stake in I-Dotcom LLC by Planet B2B S.A. is a turning point in the development of our company, on which we have been working for a long time. The IT solutions provided by I-Dotcom, the experience gained, IT resources and skills will allow Planet B2B S.A. to optimally use the synergy effect and expand Planet B2B operations on the high-margin and stable e-commerce market of the United States In addition, thanks to the acquisition of I-Dotcom, we intend to strengthen cooperation between the two companies and expand the team of programmers and project managers (PM) in Poland who will be dedicated to servicing the American market.
